Eric D. Moskow, M.D., Founder and CEO

Dr. Moskow is recognized as an innovative leader in the efficient operation of medical practices. He formed Coral Gate Medical Group, a medical practice in Broward County, Florida, in January 2002 and has operated as its Managing Partner since inception. From 2002 to 2005, Coral Gate's revenues increased from $350,000 to $3.5 million. Coral Gate is the core medical practice of PCRA, which will be contributed to OBDS in mid-November 2006.

From February 2000 through January 2002, Dr. Moskow served as Executive Vice President of Cybear, an information technology company serving the health care industry formed by Andrx Corp. He served as a Director of Cybear from June 1999 to 2002.

From September 1996 to January 2000, Dr. Moskow was Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning for Phymatrix, a publicly-traded multi-specialty medical provider network. In addition, during this period and then through March 2002, he served as a Director of Phymatrix and its successor, Innovative Clinical Solutions, Ltd. ("ICSL"), which provided pharmaceutical clinical trial services in addition to medical network management. While at ICSL, he was highly involved in the integration of three core divisions of the company: Health Care Research, Clinical Solutions, and Network Management. Also during his tenure with ICSL, Dr. Moskow along with Robert S. Gordon, purchased 400 medical providers in 60 centers ("DOCS Centers") located through out the 5 boroughs of New York City on behalf of Beth Israel Medical Center.

From 1989 to 1997, Dr. Moskow served as an Internist and President of Family Medical Associates in Ridgefield, Connecticut. During part of this same period, from October 1995 to October 1996, Dr. Moskow served as Executive Vice President of Physician's Choice Management, LLC ("PCM"), which he co-founded. PCM was a large multi-specialty provider group in Connecticut that held at the time the largest Aetna contract in Aetna's history. In addition, from 1988 to 1992, Dr. Moskow served as Associate Medical Director in Connecticut for U.S. Healthcare, a leading HMO. Dr. Moskow is board-certified in internal medicine. He received his B.S. degree from Vassar College in 1980 and his M.D. degree from New York Medical College in 1984.
