William Dexheimer

Mr. Dexheimer has had several experiences with start-up companies, raising venture capital (over $50 million) and managing companies as they prepared for public equity offerings. From 1997, Mr. Dexheimer served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Genus.net, Inc. ("Genus"), a company that provided Internet-enabled business solutions and e-marketing strategies to a series of vertical categories dedicated to aesthetic healthcare providers. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Dexheimer served as a Director of American WholeHealth, Inc. In 1993, Mr. Dexheimer co-founded MedPartners, Inc. (now CareMark Rx, Inc. (NYSE: CMX), a $5 billion leader in the physician practice management industry. Mr. Dexheimer served as MedPartners' Chief Operating Officer from 1993 to 1995 and as Chief Operating Officer-East from 1995 to 1997, and was responsible for several hundred operating units and approximately $1.0 billion in revenue.
