Gary Jacobs is Chairman of Outcome Based Delivery Systems LLC, a rapidly growing provider of high-quality healthcare services via an integrated business model, currently operating in Las Vegas, Nevada, South Florida and Orlando, Florida.
Jacobs is "Of Counsel" to Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard & Shapiro, LLP, Los Angeles, California, and Las Vegas, Nevada.
Until December, 2009, when he retired from the company, Jacobs was President – Corporate Strategy, General Counsel and Secretary of MGM MIRAGE. He previously served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the company. In his position with MGM MIRAGE, he provided oversight of all legal matters, MGM MIRAGE Hospitality, and all other company joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining MGM MIRAGE in 2000, Jacobs served from 1988 to 2000 as a senior partner of Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard & Shapiro, LLP.
From 1971 through 1988, Jacobs was a partner and/or associate of Wyman, Bautzer, Christensen, Kuchel & Silbert.
Jacobs received his LL.B. from Yale Law School in 1969, where he was Order of the Coif. Following law school, he was a Law Clerk for Hon. Wilfred Feinberg of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University-Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa and studied at the London School of Economics.

He and his wife, Robin, have two children, Melissa and Matthew.
