Mr. Kluger is a co-founder and member of the law firm Kluger Peretz Kaplan & Berlin, where he is engaged as a trial lawyer for public and private companies in the firm's litigation department. In this capacity, he has been recognized for his legal advice in The Best Lawyers in America, Florida Trend, South Florida Legal Guide, and South Florida Business Law Journal, among other publications.
Mr. Kluger brings the same passion he takes to the courtroom into his community. Of particular note, in 1993, he and his wife, Judge Amy Dean, created a private foundation for the Dean-Kluger Judaic Collection. The Foundation's initial assets consisted of over seventy Jewish charity boxes dating as far back as 1679 that represent the charitable institutions of former Jewish communities around the world, including Damascus, Syria, Baghdad, Iraq, Alexandria, Egypt, Calcutta, India, Salonika, and Morocco.
Mr. Kluger graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1975, and received his B.S. degree Magna Cum Laude from Bryant College in 1972. He is a member of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association, the Florida Bar, and the American Bar Association. In addition, he is a Founder of University of Miami Sylvester Cancer Center, a Trustee of the Miami-Dade County Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Legislative Subcommittee of the Miami-Dade County Mental Health Task Force on Child Abuse and Family Life Education, a former President of Florida Hillel Council, and a member of the Miami-Dade County Community Relations Board.
