Canyon Gate Medical Group, a primary care physician group providing personalized and comprehensive care, has opened in Las Vegas.

Canyon Gate Medical Group is part of Outcome Based Delivery Systems (OBDS), the owner of preeminent medical practices in South Florida. As demonstrated in that market, Canyon Gate will redefine patient care with the company’s proven model of providing high-quality, high-touch, personalized healthcare.

The cornerstone of Canyon Gate’s mission to provide high quality, cost-effective healthcare is based on more frequent and regular interaction between the patients and physicians, enabling discovery and treatment of health-related problems early. Initially, offices will be open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with plans to later offer extended hours seven days a week, at most or all locations.
