Canyon gate Medical Group, a primary care physician group providing personalized care, has recently opened in Las Vegas. Canyon Gate Medical Group is part of Outcome Based Delivery Systems (OBDS) of South Florida and offers a proven model of high-quality healthcare. Dr. Eric Moskow, MD, is CEO of OBDS.

Another office will open soon in North Las Vegas at 3960 W. Craig Rd.

Hours open are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Plans call for extended hours soon.

Some benefits for patients will be network specialist physicians meet patients at their primary care doctor’s office; same-day medical appointments; physicians familiar with a patient’s background manage patient care during hospitalization and length of appointments based on patient need, ensuring that all questions and concerns are addressed.
